Mriganka has over fourteen years experience working in the field of urban design and planning in both UK and India. She has written policy and design guidance for various towns and cities and led numerous large-scale masterplanning and housing projects for both the public and private sectors with a particular focus on creating sustainable, integrated and inclusive communities. Mriganka has a keen interest in exploring the interface between design and planning policy. Mriganka leads the Masterplanning, Housing, Urban Design and Policy related projects for the Pratice.

As Senior Consultant to and on behalf of the Unified Traffic and Transportation Infrastructure (Planning and Engineering) Centre (UTTIPEC), Delhi Development Authority in New Delhi, Mriganka redrafted the new Delhi Master Plan 2021 Policy on Transportation with the aim to bring about a mobility transition in the city. She was also part of a team drafting the recently adopted policy on Transit Oriented Development (TOD)for Delhi. Mriganka is one of the writers of the Urban Design Compendium II - Delivering quality places (2007), a comprehensive document establishing best practice for the implementation and delivery of urban design in the UK. She has also prepared urban design codes for a number of developments ensuring coordinated delivery of a high quality built environment and public realm.

Mriganka has been visiting faculty at the Department of Urban Design in the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi since 2010. Mriganka received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from TVB School of Habitat Studies in New Delhi and a Masters in Science in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Puneet Khanna Founding Partner Professional Affilliation Registered with Council of Architects

Puneet Khanna is an Architect with over fourteen years experience. Having worked in both UK and India, Puneet’s portfolio exhibits a wide range of projects including high rise office buildings, institutions and building restoration works. With extensive construction experience, Puneet’s particular interest lies in creating environmentally responsive architecture using a select material palette and construction process that maximise efficiency - of time, resources and budget. Puneet leads the Architecture and Product Design projects for the Practice.

While in the UK, Puneet’s most significant project as a technical and site architect was a 13-storey 265,100sq.ft office building on Two Kingdom Street (2KS) in Paddington, Central London which was completed in early 2010. 2KS won the 2010 award for the ‘Best Office Development’ in the UK and also achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating . Puneet was also part of the core team of architects who worked on the detail design of 46-storey Heron Tower which was completed in 2011. Based on concepts of expansive and flexible office spaces, designed to maximise sustainability and increase efficiency through innovative lift systems, Heron Tower is an innovative and environmentally focussed work place that at 755 ft. height, one of the tallest in London, contributes to city’s skyline.

Puneet received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi and his Masters in Architecture and Urbanism from Architectural Association in London.
